Leadership Team

Warner Stone serves as the Chairman of Seneca Investments, bringing the experience of a 45+ year career in real estate development, consulting, management, finance and brokerage. Over his career, Mr. Stone has developed several million square feet of real estate, including:

• Approximately 7,000 multifamily units in 35 projects
• Five senior housing developments, including three memory care projects
• Four class A office buildings, and two medical office buildings
• Six hotels
• Approximately 700,000 square feet of retail space
• Several hundred luxury condominium units
• A 16-screen stadium seat movie theater

Warner also brings a wealth of talents and perspective through positions he has held during his career. He provided mortgage banking services for equity, construction financing, and permanent loans totaling over $1B at three major mortgage banking firms, and held a senior management position with a grocery company with sales in excess of $1B and 7,000+ employees.

Warner earned a BBA in Finance and Real Estate from the University of Texas at Austin, and an MS in Real Estate and Urban Land Economics from the University of Wisconsin. He also earned a JD from Southern Methodist, as well as an LLM in tax law (with honors, Order of the Coif). He has previously maintained his CPA license, after completing accounting studies at the University of Houston. Warner also served in the United States Navy's Intelligence Division as an officer, and was honorably discharged in 1968.
